The North Georgia Community Foundation, or NGCF, is once again accepting scholarship applications to be given to graduating seniors.
Students in the Foundation’s 15-county service area of Banks, Dawson, Fannin, Forsyth, Franklin, Habersham, Hall, Hart, Jackson, Lumpkin,

Rabun, Stephens, Towns, Union and White counties are eligible to apply for scholarships applicable to them.

Each scholarship fund is established by an individual donor and has its own specific purpose and eligibility criteria. Awards vary in size depending on the amount available in the fund.

NGCF was founded in 1985 by Lou Fockele and other business leaders in north Georgia. The group supports nonprofit organizations and donors by “building, distributing and preserving philanthropic assets to enhance the spirit of community and the quality of life in our region.”
